Within the events team for the CareerCoaching Pro agile apprenticeship, this project is part of my broader scope. My work focuses on refining conceptual wireframes into high-fidelity mockups using strategic design. I conduct targeted user research to improve content flow and manage critical event logs for sprint cycles. I remain dedicated to documenting my ongoing contributions as our team scales.

Student Case Study
As a Peer Wellness Coach, I identified a critical need for accessible educational tools. To address user cognitive overload caused by complex healthcare data, I designed the Peer Wellness Workbook using the 8 dimensions of wellness. By integrating tactile elements and interactive coloring sections, I created a solution that manages user anxiety and encourages self-paced exploration. The aesthetic system utilizes established color palettes from the East Tennessee Peer Wellness Initiative to maintain brand consistency and regional relevance for my specific user demographic.
During my time in the Navy and later as a government contractor, one of my core responsibilities was to review existing maintenance cards and recommend improvements based on how each system actually worked. As a contractor, I also wrote maintenance and troubleshooting instructions from scratch. My goal was always the same: make the steps so clear and intuitive that even sailors new to a system could safely perform maintenance and troubleshooting with confidence. Due to security and data handling rules, I’m not able to share actual examples of these materials, but the same clarity and structure now inform how I approach UX content and interaction design.
